INDICATIONS: Helps relieve minor pains and itchmuscle strain, neck and shoulder stiffness, back pain, sprainrheumatism, headache, colds, sea sickness, lumbago, bruises, flatulenceinsect bites and skin itch.
DIRECTIONS: Apply generously to affected area as often as required or repeat 3 to 4 times daily until relieved
